No. POP3 accounts, aliases, alias lists, autoresponders, and mailing lists will not work, nor can they even be setup via sub-domains. You can only setup email services for your primary domain name and/or any other top-level domain names you have added to your account as a Domain Pointer.
Trying to send e-mail as if it was from your sub-domain as user@anything.yourdomain.com will result in either a bounced message or no response and non-delivery of your e-mail message.
